DON'T LEAVE ME ALONE,WILL YOU?

First post!!!

Well... This is my first post...
Hmmm.... Dun really like to blog actually, but due to some reason, i think blogging may be a better thing for mi... I juz recently been in the most depressing and unhappy point in my life..
So.. this blog will let mi post up things i encounter and been thru in life...

I'm feeling down today cause she sms mi a msg that shattered all my hope... I think its really time for mi to give up.. Although it may be very very hard for mi, but this is to stop hurting her even more... I cried alot today too... Tears cover my whole face..

I lose more than 5 kg in 4 weeks.. I think i need towork out on that before i admit into hospital one day.. Haha... But life without her, sleep with no one by the side and eat with no appetite....
I really dunno how long this will carry on.. Hope i can really get over it and start treating myself better...

PS: I still miss u and love u... My DEAR....

Hmm.. I know it's hard for you at this stage, but just make sure you dont do anything foolish ok? :) Life goes on, and you still have people who loves u. Call jon out anytime u want. Only you have this privilege. :p

Hi dear bro!!!
Can see you are rather down recently.. Guess too much happening things going on for you to take it.. But look!! Life goes on and on..... Many things in life greatly depends on how you look at them and deal with them!! It is all about PERCEPTION. It is a difficult phase, but will make you a stronger person..

Although I dunnoe wad really happened, think back... Is there anything to you could have done better to prevent all these from happening? Dun look back to the past for long, rather think of how to deal with things in a better and well-mannered way in the future...

I always think that when we are down in mood and morale, we just fell into a well... It is a dark and deep well... We just have to try ways and means to climb out of it by our own means... Right now, no one can help you mentally.. You have to help yourself..
